1. How long are shipping times?
Your order will ship within one to two business days of you placing your order, and then take roughly 1-7 business days to reach your door step.
2. Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, we do offer express shipping on all items! Depending on the shipping method, your items can come in just one business day!
3. What's your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. Please send us an email telling us what went wrong, send along a picture, and we'll give you your money back in full. We'll send you follow up information for returning the item(s).
4. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible if the order has not been fulfilled yet. If the order has not yet been fulfilled and you would like to return it with a refund, we will honour it. Please refer to our return policy for more information.
5. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there's an issue with your order -- if its the wrong colour, item, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we'll give you a refund. We'll send you follow up information for returning the order.
6. Do you offer exchanges?
No, we do not offer exchanges. If there is an issue with the order, refer to our refund policy, send us an email, and we'll help sort it out.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! We ship anywhere in the world in just a few days!
8. Does COVID-19 impact business operations?
With the global pandemic, our shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, Purolator, Canada Post, and USPS) cannot guarantee their estimate delivery dates. Once our carriers have the package, it can take between 1-7 business days to reach you. If you are in the USA or Canada and ordered a bandana with standard shipping, please note that Canada Post and USPS are expecting delays up to 14 business days.
